WE/WF Negative Wiper and WP Positive Wiper Chipbreakers

KYOCERA’s new wiper series includes the new WE and WF negative wiper chipbreakers alongside the WP positive wiper chipbreaker. Gain increased productivity with newly designed wiper edge geometries.

Two chipbreakers are available to cover different machining applications. The WE chipbreaker is designed for finishing-medium applications and can withstand three times the feed rate of standard inserts while maintaining excellent surface finish. Reduce cutting time with increased feed rate and triple the tool life.

Use the WF chipbreaker for finishing applications with a depth of cut of 0.04 inches or less. The WP positive wiper chipbreaker provides excellent surface finish and smooth chip control during ID machining and now includes new handed inserts.
